She is very familiar with the topics and terminology found in conservation and heritage publications. If you are a conservator, heritage professional, or conservation scientist, nothing would make Kat happier than to edit your conference paper or journal submission!

Pricing

Pricing depends on many things: the editing task, the length and difficulty of the text, the turn-around time.

Therefore, we charge per project. For an exact quote for your project, contact us.

To give an accurate quote, we need the following things from you:

  1. A sample of your writing, preferably from the text to be edited. A page or two, 500-1,000 words. This will give us an idea of how much work will be needed.

  2. An approximate word count of the text to be edited.

  3. Your deadline for the project.

  4. As much information as possible about the project: What is the text for? Who will be reading it?

  5. Any particular concerns or requests for the project: a specific style guide, a citation style, a word limit, formatting requirements, etc.

Payment

We accept payments by credit card or through PayPal. Payments should be in CAD or USD.

Free sample

Not sure if this is what you need? No problem! Kat will edit up to 500 words of your writing for free, and you can make an informed decision. No strings attached. Please contact us for details.
